Mixed level open practice style small groups of no more than 3 practitioners at a time. Smaller groups allow for more individual attention and guidance. The closest option to a private session and you will have more opportunity to utilize equipment across the studio.

Our studio officially opens to the public on March 1st. We will have a limited pre-launch schedule in February. Join our waitlist for new member specials, pre-launch classes and special prizes.

Led class where the instructor guides the whole group through the same sequence . Classes will be mat or reformer.

Practitioners come in to practice the exercises and sequences they are currently working on with little to no guidance from a teacher. While a teacher will be present in the room and available for questions practitioners are expected to be able know the routines and exercises well enough that they can flow on their own. Ideal for teachers or advanced students who are very familiar with the work. A test out showing that you are proficient in understanding at least the Beginner System or a proof of Classical Pilates Teacher training will be required to attend these sessions.
