Train with the best and learn how to teach Pilates in its most authentic format. Peachtree Pilates is proud to offer the Classical Kulture Pilates Teacher Training Curriculum.

Our rigorous curriculum is based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates and his students Jay Grimes, Kathy Grant, Romana Kryzanowaska and Carola Trier.

2026 Atlanta Teacher training starts in August at Peachtree Pilates in Chamblee, Georgia.

Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training

Our in depth 800 hour training covers mat, reformer, cadillac, chairs, barrels, pedipole and small apparatus. You will effectively learn how to teach the system of Pilates as intended by Joseph Pilates.

  • July 31st -August 2nd  Beginner Mat

  • August 21—23  Beginner Reformer

  • September 18-20 Beginner Cadillac, Barrels and chairs

  • October 23-25 Intermediate Mat

  • November 13-15  Intermediate Reformer 

  • December 11-13 Intermediate Cadillac Barrels and Chairs

  • January 22-24 Intermediate chairs  & Barrels 

  • February  26-28 Advanced mat 

  • March  19-21 Advanced Reformer 

  • April 23-25 Advanced Cadillac, Chairs and endings 

    Training weekends run Fridays 1–6 PM and Saturdays & Sundays 9 AM–5 PM.

Meet Your Teacher Trainer

Alexa is a 3rd generation classical Pilates teacher. She is the owner of Peachtree Pilates and founder of the social media platform Low Impact Fit. She is committed to the original teachings and method of Joseph Pilates as she has found that, both herself and her clients get best results when staying true to the original work. She is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of Pilates and aims to invite as many people into the space as possible, especially those that have traditionally been underrepresented in the industry.
